Having dealt with customers of Heart, wanted to get @RP partnered with them, in order to provide some of the supporting services required for hosting.
Transparency is key here, as Heart have no issue wearing their...heart on their sleeve (!) in terms of customer service. Although not unique, showing that IT is not perfect is certainly refreshing in this industry, with public status pages and a direct attitude in terms of updates.
